Meet the Limber Px1.
The Px1 is a new way to fabricate a transtibial prosthesis. Instead of assembling a foot, pylon, connectors, and socket into a stack of parts, the Px1 is printed as a single monolithic piece… one continuous structure. Wholly designed, by you, for the person who plans to wear it.
The result behaves like a limb, not components bolted to a pipe: flexion carries through the whole device, and the monolithic build delivers torsion and multi-axial performance that a conventional setup gets only by bolting on more hardware.
It’s light, and it stands up to water, weather, sand, and grit. All of it comes from a fully digital, seamless c-fab workflow that still runs through you — the clinician your patient trusts.

Coding recommendations.
The Px1 bills the way clinicians already know: an established foot code (L-5981) plus a relevant base code and the additions your patient’s fit calls for — no wrestling with a miscellaneous catch-all. The clinical decisions that drive those codes get captured inside our iOS app as you scan and spec, so the billing picture takes shape alongside the fit. Predictable coding, a leaner workflow, and a device you can bring to more patients.

It took vision.
And some naïveté.
We knew that conventional prosthetic fabrication was incredibly time consuming and required skilled clinicians to model, design and manufacture. We knew only 1 in 10 globally had access to prosthetic and orthotic devices due to the inefficient nature of the conventional process. But as engineering and digital technology nerds, we also knew that we wanted to help solve these issues. Not knowing what we didn’t know, we got to it. Founded in 2020, commercial in 2024. As of the time of this writing, we now have many hundreds of patients walking on the Px1 and previous versions. And we’re literally just getting started. What else? Well, we could tell you we have headquarters in San Diego, CA for optimal work/life balance and proximity to great waves. But we’re working too hard for that stuff right now.
